Located in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood for over 15 years, Eric Safyan / Architect PC is an award winning general architectural practice that offers a full scope of architectural services. A range of residential and commercial projects are undertaken ranging from home additions and renovations, Landmarks work, new construction multi-family development, passive house construction, to restaurant and boutique design and office and co-work interiors. From the use of cutting edge materials and fabrication techniques to the rehabilitation and restoration of original brownstone details, to zoning and development proposals, ES/A believes strongly in collaboration with other fields and trades to achieve a solution that exceeds client expectations. Current work includes: A pair of new construction 4 story townhouses in Carroll Gardens; A modern 3 story enlargement to a brick house in Greenwood Heights; A 40,000 sf interior design and build-out for an office and co-work space startup in Bushwick; Multiple restaurants, bars, and bakeries throughout NYC including the Lucy B. Moses award winning restoration of Gage and Tollner restaurant in downtown Brooklyn; and renovations and enlargements to Landmarked apartment buildings and homes in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, specifically in the brownstone community.
