The AIA Brooklyn Board of Directors is proposing the replacement of our current bylaws with standard bylaws written by AIA National.
We have had our attorney Raymond Mellon review these bylaws and we have made adjustments that we believe are in sync with how our chapter operates. The proposed bylaws can be downloaded here. We ask that questions be sent to AIA Brooklyn board president Marshall Shuster, AIA at president@aiabrooklyn.org before March 5.
Members will have an opportunity to vote on the new bylaws via a Zoom meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 7pm.
