Join AIA Brooklyn for the first all-chapter meeting of 2026. Enjoy light fare and a presentation of 2 winning projects from the 2025 Brooklyn Design Awards.
Jenna Balute, Project Manager at the Brooklyn Studio, will present their Merit-Award-winning “Cobble Hill Greek Revival.” The jury admired this transformation and couldn’t stop talking about the exquisite new stair.
Studio Modh’s “Shelter Island Residence” received a Commendation for Transformative Reuse, and Principal Philip Ryan will present the project alongside some of the challenges of creating the extraordinary while preserving most of the existing house.
Getting there is easy. The Mercury Store is a 5-minute walk from the 4th Ave / 9th Street F-G-N-D-R-W station.
