The AIA Brooklyn Membership Committee is in responsible for being a liaison between membership and AIA. From new members to existing members – the AIA Brooklyn Membership Committee is the connection for understanding all things about your membership to the AIA.
Some of the activities with which the AIA Brooklyn Membership Committee is involved includes:
- Membership Updates: Reviews monthly membership roster from AIA National and determines which members are new, lapsed or elevated from Associate to Architect.
- New Member Welcoming: New Member welcome package and greets new faces at meetings and events
- Organization Liaison: From emailing new member questionnaires (for New Member Highlight in the Pylon) to working with other committees, providing CEU’s for events and answering questions about membership – the AIA Brooklyn Membership Committee is your foundation for understanding benefits of your membership.
