AE Superlab is an Architecture and Design office, operating at the intersection of architecture, engineering, art, and technology.
We approach every project with a deep sense of curiosity and care. Our work is defined by a commitment to creativity, precision, and detail, and grounded in a highly engaged, collaborative relationship with each client. We believe great design comes from asking the right questions, listening closely, and building with intention.
Founded by MIT-trained architect Ahmed ElHusseiny, who brings over two decades of global experience, including leadership roles at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, where he contributed to major projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, AE Superlab operates with an international perspective and a commitment to design excellence across a broad range of typologies and scales.
Our portfolio spans award-winning private residences (C+S House, East Hampton - AIA LI Award), commercial interiors (Maverick HQ, Madison Avenue, NYC - Architectural Record Interiors Award), landmark hospitality spaces (Zooba at the Grand Egyptian Museum, Giza), products (Inspiren - Edison Award), furniture design (Diwani Chair), renewable energy infrastructure (Totem Power), and urban-scale kinetic sculptures (Halo, NYC).
