Join AIA Brooklyn’s Women in Architecture Committee for our June monthly meeting featuring a focused presentation on sustainable construction and demolition waste management practices.
Our featured speaker, Christine M. Kiourtsis, President and Founder of Renewable Recycling, Inc., will share innovative strategies for reducing construction waste through recycling, reuse, and responsible material sourcing.
This 30-minute session includes a 15-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A discussion, exploring practical approaches architects can implement to minimize environmental impact and support circular economy principles in their work.
